2. Eligibility

BonderScore allows users to create accounts, add team members, and send them assessments to measure psychological safety. The platform emphasizes individual team member privacy by restricting account access and implementing measures to prevent the identification of individual assessment responses. assessment responses are collected and reported in aggregate to promote anonymity and confidentiality, fostering a secure environment for honest and open feedback.

5. Use of Assessment Feedback Assessment feedback may be used in aggregate, anonymous ways for benchmarking, research, and other studies. By using the Service, you consent to this use of your assessment data.

6. Paid Plans
We offer both free and paid plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are non-refundable and can be cancelled at any time.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

8. Data Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

9. Assessment Data
Assessment responses are anonymous to account holders. However, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity due to factors beyond our control. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to BonderScore. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

11. Security
We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, Bonerscore can't guarantee that unauthorized third parties won't be able to defeat our security measures. We ask that you keep your account secure. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account.

12. Third party links, sites, and services
BonderScore has links to content off of our site. Most of that stuff is awesome, but we're not responsible when it's not.
BonderScore may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by BonderScore. We don't endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third party website, service, or content from BonderScore, you do so at your own risk and you agree that BonderScore has no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, service, or content.

13. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, but we will provide appropriate notice.

BonderScore may terminate or suspend your right to access or use BonderScore for any reason on appropriate notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if we have a good reason. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by Sections 15 of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonderScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(i) your use or inability to use the Service;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
(iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
(iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party;
(v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BonderScore, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of São Paulo, SP - Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
